lacrimabeat - billboard top hits - 1966
La piu' autorevole classifica vendite negli USA e' senz'altro Billboard che dalla fine degli
anni 40' in poi ha informato gli appassionati mese dopo mese sui dischi piu' venduti , ed
ancora oggi in piena attivita' , naturalmente adeguata al mercato completamente
cambiato rispetto agli anni passati. In rete possiamo trovare dal 1946 in avanti le 100
canzoni piu' vendute ogni anno , fino ai giorni nostri, un patrimonio musicale di migliaia
di canzoni. Ora voglio proporre il 1966 , anno di grazia per la quantita' di hits che sono
ritenuti " classici " e patrimonio culturale di tutti , in realta ' gli anni sessanta per la musica
hanno rappresentato una svolta non solo musicale ma anche nel modo di vivere per i giovani!
Erano anche gli anni della guerra fredda , della Cina di Mao , della guerra in Vietnam e lo
slogan dei giovani piu' famoso era "fate l'amore non la guerra" purtroppo sempre valido
anche se non piu' in uso . Tornando alle canzoni i titoli ed i nomi parlano da soli , la lista
delle prime 50 del '66 in ordine sparso , piu' avanti il post per altre 50 , intanto lecchiamoci
la marmellata dalle dita !!!!!

lacrimablues- dave alvin - eleven eleven - 2011
Sicuramente tra i migliori dischi di quest' anno , rock e blues un pizzico di Messico e
grandiballate , la formula giusta per un capolavoro per un artista che ha sbagliato ben
poco nella sua gia lunga carriera iniziata con i mitici " the Blasters " negli anni '70 .
Grande autore e ottimo chitarrista , inconfondibile il suo stile che dal rock'n roll
energetico dei "blasters" ha toccato rock , blues fino alle radici folk della musica
americana ( con l'album " public domain " superconsigliato uscito nel 2000 vince il
prestigioso " Grammy " come miglior disco folk dell'anno ) , ha mantenuto comunque
un alto spessore artistico nei suoi lavori . Qualche titolo a caso "ashgrove " nel 2004 , "
blackjack david " nel 1998, fino al penultimo lavoro con le sue " guilty women " alternativa
alla sua abituale band " guilty men " che l'ha sempre accompagnato in fantastici concerti.
In definitiva " undici " vere perle per un disco da " avere" assolutamente !
